I. Payment Policy & Statement of Transaction
Ordering online - All project transaction done through our online site, our parent site, of freelance over the web will be paid via paypal. Once we have established the project, deadline, and cost your project will begin and you are required to make a 50% down payment.This down payment is non-refundable after the project has been started; the other 50% of the payment will be paid once the project is completed to your satisfaction.

Ordering locally - All project transaction handled locally will be paid either through PayPal or check. We do not accept money orders. II. Satisfaction Guaranteed
We at Soft-Graphix.com guarantees your satisfaction, the project is not complete until you say it is! *For each project change, including total redesigns [the beginning processes of the 'new' design], there will be 1-3 days added to your deadline. Depending on the project and project changes, other charges may apply. No charges will be added without your written [e-mail or other] agreement.

III. You agree that you are over 18 years of age.

IV. Users are obligated to submit information that is true, accurate, current, and complete. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that all such information submitted by you is true, accurate, current, and complete. Users are also required to maintain and update all such information in order to ensure that it remains true, accurate, current, and complete. Each time you update such information, you represent and warrant that such information is true, accurate, current, and complete.

V. You agree that you will not copy or use materials found on Soft-Graphix.com without permission [does not apply to projects purchased by the specific person(s). Once a client pays in full for a project, they have total ownership over that piece].

VI. Soft-Graphix has the right to deny anyone of service at our own discretion.

VII. All sales are final. (please read 'Payment policy & Statement of Transactions' at the top of this page.)

VIII. Shipping & Handling
All transactions handled online will be sent electronically, either through a private link, e-mail, or other. All transactions handled locally will be sent either electronically [private link, e-mail, or other], or via hard disk, such as a cd rom. All clients have the right to request to order a cd at which time other shipping & handling fees may apply.

IX. The user agrees that Soft-Graphix, or any designer working for this companies assume no responsibility to any damage, risk, financial loss, or other misfortune a company or individual may encounter from use of our service and/or site.

X. You hereby agree that you shall be responsible for all tax obligations and costs that arise from or relate to your use of Soft-Graphix.com, including, without limitation, tax obligations and costs for any transactions that arise from or relate to your use of purchasing from Soft-Graphix.

Privacy Policy

When you order from Soft-Graphix.com, we retain your name, mailing address, email address, purchase history and phone number. We use this information to ship orders, follow-up with you on product availability and shipping notification, and keep you informed via email and/or catalog of our new services and products.

We will not sell your private information to any other site, person, or firm. All your information is kept confidential.
